By accessing or using SwypIQ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
SwypIQ is a microlearning platform that delivers educational content through swypeable 5-card decks organized into series. Content covers topics including AI, cybersecurity, business strategy, and related subjects.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at contact@swypiq.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Free Plan: Provides access to a limited selection of series at no charge, with no time limit.
Paid Plans (Basic & Pro): Billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period.
Price Changes: We may adjust subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
Refunds: We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. After 7 days, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. To request a refund, email contact@swypiq.com.
All content on SwypIQ — including text, graphics, deck content, and course materials — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright law.
You may: Access and use the content for your personal learning and professional development.
You may not: Copy, redistribute, sell, or republish the content. You may not scrape, download in bulk, or use automated tools to extract content from the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. SwypIQ content is for educational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwypIQ and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your personal data per our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
